2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, account identifiers, encrypted password credentials, language, and account preferences.
  • Subscription and transaction information: selected plan, billing period, order status, invoices, currency, payment status, and limited payment metadata. Payment providers process payment-card or wallet details; we do not need to store complete card numbers.
  • Service and device information: application version, operating system, device type, selected VPN location, connection status, timestamps, and diagnostic or error information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
  • Website information: IP address, browser type, device information, referral information, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, and security logs.
  • Support information: messages, attachments, contact details, and other information you submit in a support request.

3. VPN activity and logging

BonusGuardVPN is designed to protect the contents of traffic carried through the VPN tunnel. We do not use browsing activity or the contents of VPN traffic for advertising. We may process limited operational metadata and security events where necessary to establish connections, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. Diagnostic data should not include the contents of your communications.
