These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BonusGuardVPN websites, applications, subscriptions, support services, and VPN connections (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Subscriptions, prices, and renewal

Available plans, billing periods, currencies, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Renewal charges use the price disclosed at purchase or a replacement price communicated in advance where required by law. You can request cancellation through the customer area or Support Center.

3. Payments and refunds

You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for purchases and renewals. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing details. BonusGuardVPN offers the money-back guarantee shown at checkout and on the Pricing page, currently 30 days for eligible first-time purchases. Refunds may be refused where required information is missing, abuse or fraud is evident, or the request falls outside the stated guarantee, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Licence and permitted use

During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the applications and Services on the number of devices allowed by your plan. The Services may be used only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; interfere with networks or systems; conduct unauthorised access, scanning, or attacks; send spam; exploit children; facilitate fraud; evade lawful sanctions or export controls; resell the Services without permission; or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. You remain responsible for content transmitted through your account.

6. Service availability and changes

Server locations, protocols, applications, features, and performance may change as we maintain and improve the Services. Availability and speed depend on factors outside our control, including your device, internet provider, location, and network congestion. We may perform maintenance, address security threats, or discontinue features. Where required, material subscription changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. We may terminate an account for serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual property

BonusGuardVPN and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, branding, documentation, designs, and related materials. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party payment, hosting, application-store, network, or support services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided with reasonable care and skill and subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific speed, access to every website or streaming service, or protection from every online threat. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by misuse of the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the BonusGuardVPN service provider and your relationship with it, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. You may also have access to courts, regulators, or alternative dispute-resolution bodies under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business, or law. The revised effective date will be shown above, and material changes will be communicated where required. Questions, cancellations, and complaints can be submitted through the BonusGuardVPN Support Center.
